1. Definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between СОФ ДИЗАЙН ("Contractor") and any person who uses the website or our services ("User").

2. Services Offered

СОФ ДИЗАЙН offers consultations and sale of uPVC windows, glazing units, and accessories. All quotes provided through the website are preliminary and subject to finalization after clarifying the technical parameters. Quotes can include both delivery and professional installation.

3. Inquiries and Quotes

By filling out an inquiry form, the User expresses interest in the services. The Contractor undertakes to respond within a reasonable time (usually within 24-48 hours during business days). The information provided must be correct for the purpose of accurate evaluation.

4. Execution Contracts

Relationships when ordering windows are governed by a written sales contract. The contract specifies exact delivery dates, prices, warranties, and payment terms. Installation activities are performed by the Contractor's certified teams, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranties

All profiles and glazing units sold by us carry a warranty according to Bulgarian legislation and the individual terms of the manufacturer (up to 10 years for certain profiles). The warranty covers defects in the material and workmanship of the profile and installation (if performed by us) but does not cover defects resulting from improper installation by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and photos on this site are property of СОФ ДИЗАЙН. Their use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

7. Changes

СОФ ДИЗАЙН reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this website.
